Authors submitting manuscripts to the AHURI Final Report Journal are required to follow the guidelines below:
Steps for Submitting and Publishing a Research Paper
Prospective authors are invited to submit original, unpublished research papers not under consideration elsewhere. Submissions may include theoretical and/or experimental work, and all manuscripts are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process.
Step 1: Prepare Your Manuscript
- Structure your paper with standard sections: Abstract, Introduction, Related Work, Research Methods, Results, Conclusion, References, etc.
- Format the document according to the journal’s recommended template (sample format available for download).
Step 2: Submit by Email
- Submit your manuscript by sending it to the Editor’s email: [editor@ahurijournal.org] (replace with your actual editor mail ID).
- You will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your submission.
Step 3: Initial Editorial Screening
- An editorial board member will review your submission to check compliance with the journal’s scope, formatting, and ethical policies.
Step 4: Double-Blind Peer Review
- If suitable, your paper is sent to reviewers for evaluation.
- Reviewers assess the paper against 10 key criteria (see below).
- Review outcomes: Accepted, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Rejected.
Step 5: Review Criteria (10-Point Evaluation)
Each manuscript is judged on the following criteria:
- Relevance of Title and Research Content
- Scholarly Quality and Academic Rigor
- Continuity and Flow of the Article
- Use of Theory and Conceptual Framework
- Novelty and Originality
- Technical Accuracy and Correctness
- Clarity of Explanation and Illustrations
- Critical Analysis and Depth
- Quality and Relevance of References
- Clarity and Strength of Conclusions
Step 6: Review Decision
- Authors are notified by email (typically 1–2 days after review; up to a week in some cases).
Step 7: Acceptance & Publication Process
- If accepted, authors must:
- Pay the publication fee (screenshot/receipt required).
- Download, fill, and submit the Copyright Permission Form and Registration Form (fillable PDF).
- The editorial team verifies the payment and forms.
Step 8: Final Publication
- The paper is published online within 1–2 days after verification.
- Authors receive e-certificates of publication via email.
